Straight from the spoon. For maximum benefits take 2-3 teaspoons daily
In the morning on an empty stomach dissolve a couple of teaspoons of honey in a glass of warm water and drink by slow sips.
People with high acidity can start eating immediately after taking our honey infusion. Those who have hypoacidity are recommended to drink honey infusion half an hour before lunch. Honey stimulates the secretion of gastric juice. In case of stressful situations, insomnia and fatigue honey is essential. Warm honey infusion taken in the evening will ensure restful sleep, help to relax fully, and gather strength for another day.
Drink tea or milk with honey
Never put TIANA Fairtrade Organics Raw Active honey into boiling or very hot drink, as once the drink reached has a temperature above 38°C, then the honey will lose its beneficial enzyme properties. We recommend use a warm water or a warm drink.
Use in a smoothie
Add to your smoothie for extra sweetness and nutrition.
Excellent on yogurt, toast, crumpets, porridge or as an ingredient in dessert.
Honey crystallisation: raw honey can be crystalised, this is a natural process that occurs in raw honey. If honey consistency is hard, warm to soften. Please note if honey has been overheated then honey will not crystallise.
