How to use TIANA Raw Active Honey

Straight from the spoon. For maximum benefits take 2-3 teaspoons daily

In the morning on an empty stomach, dissolve a couple of teaspoons of honey in a glass of warm water and sip slowly.

People with high acidity can start eating immediately after taking our honey infusion. Those who have hypoacidity are recommended to drink honey infusion half an hour before lunch. Drink tea or milk with honey

Never put TIANA Raw Active honey into boiling or very hot drink, as once the drink reached temperature above 38°C, then honey will lose its beneficial enzyme properties. We recommend use a warm water or warm drink.
