BANANA, COCONUT AND AVOCADO ENERGISING SMOOTHIE WITH MCT

Ingredients
• 1 medium size banana or two cups of frozen banana
• ½ avocado
• ½ cup of milk of your choice (almond, soy or cow’s milk)
• If needed to sweeten, a hint of TIANA® Fairtrade Organics Raw Active Honey of your choice

Method
1. Cut the banana and avocado into small chunks, mix in the blender with all the ingredients and mix well.
2. Add water if consistency is too thick, and serve.
