BANANA ROYAL COCKTAIL

Ingredients
• 1 ½ measures coconut milk (made from TIANA® Fairtrade Organics Raw Coconut Goodness) 
• Crushed ice 
• 3 measures of pineapple juice
• 1 ½ measures golden plain rum
• ½ measure double cream
• 1 ripe banana
• To decorate: grated coconut

Method
1. Put some crushed ice in a blender and add coconut milk, pineapple juice, rum, cream and banana.
2. To make great tasting coconut milk, dilute 1 part of TIANA® Raw Coconut Goodness to 3 parts of water. 
3. Blend at high speed for 15-30 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
4. Pour into an old-fashioned glass and sprinkle with grated coconut.
