BASIL SPREAD ENRICHED WITH OMEGA-3
Prep Time: 2 min
• ½ cup fresh basil leaves
• 1 to 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon Golden flax seeds, ground in a coffee mill or blender
• 2 to 4 drops stevia clear liquid
Blend all ingredients except coconut flakes in a food processor. Garnish with coconut flakes.
Then spread on the bread or cracker of your choice (wheat and grain free for a gluten-free option).
