- 12 large (1.5kg) chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons TIANA Fair Trade Organic Pure Coconut Cooking Butter
- ¼ cup (60ml) TIANA Fair Trade Organic Pure Active Honey
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
Remove and discard tip from each wing. Cut wings in half at joint.
Heat TIANA Fair Trade Organic Pure Coconut Cooking Butter in wok or large pan; stir-fry garlic, ginger and chicken for 5 minutes. Add sauces and TIANA Fair Trade Organic Pure Active Honey; mix well. Cook, covered, about 10 minutes, or until chicken is lightly browned and tender, stirring occasionally. Serve sprinkled with green onions.
