Ingredients:

  • 1 tin of garbanzo beans
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • ½ a sweet onion
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 25-30 black olives
  • 50g of feta cheese
  • 500g leafy greens

For the dressing:

  • 5ml TIANA 100% Pure MCT
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon of sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons of Greek seasoning

Method:

Place all ingredients into a large bowl and toss together. Then add the dressing on top to serve.
