- 3 tablespoons of TIANA Fairtrade Organics Raw Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- 5ml TIANA 100% Pure MCT per serving
- 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
- 200g of broccoli
- 200g of cauliflower
- 1 large tomato
- 200g of bell peppers
- 200g of chopped carrots
- 200g of celery
- 200g of mushrooms
- ½ an onion
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- ¼ a teaspoon of pepper
- 1500ml of vegetable broth/stock
Place a large soup pot of the stove over a medium-low heat. Add the coconut oil and sauté the garlic for a few seconds before adding the vegetables. Continue to sauté the vegetables until they become tender, taking approximately 10 minutes.
Add the broth/stock to the pot and simmer over a low heat for about an hour. When ready to serve, drizzle each bowl with 10ml of TIANA 100% Pure MCT.
