• 3 ripe bananas, peeled and chopped • 4 soft, pitted dates • 40g cashews or brazil nuts
• Optional: grated raw dark chocolate
Method
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until completely smooth. Pour the smoothies in the glasses and serve immediately. Sparkle grated raw dark chocolate on top if you wish.
Variation
For a coconut taste free smoothie, you can replace TIANA® coconut water by spring water.
