Cut squid hoods open, score shallow diagonal slashes in criss-cross pattern on inside surface; cut into 2cm x 8cm pieces.

Heat half the TIANA Fair Trade Organic Pure Coconut Cooking Butter in wok or large pan; stir-fry garlic and half the squid for 1 minute, remove from pan. Repeat with remaining TIANA Fair Trade Organic Pure Coconut Cooking Butter and squid. Return squid to pan with remaining ingredients; stir-fry for 3 minutes or until squid is tender.
