• 2 tomatoes
• 2 gluten free crackers

Method
1. Chop the tomatoes and avocado in long pieces.
3. Fry or grill the eggs.
4. Lay the tomatoes and avocado on the cracker. Then add the egg, salt and pepper, and serve.
