TASTY EGGS WITH AVOCADO AND TOMATOES

Ingredients
• 1 tablespoon of TIANA® Fairtrade Organics Odourless Virgin Cooking Butter, melted over low heat
• 2 eggs
• 1 avocado
• 2 tomatoes
• 2 gluten free crackers
salt and pepper if needed

Method
1. Chop the tomatoes and avocado in long pieces.
2. Melt TIANA® odourless butter in a pan.
3. Fry or grill the eggs.
4. Lay the tomatoes and avocado on the cracker. Then add the egg, salt and pepper, and serve.

Alternatives
• For an 'all warm' option, fry the tomatoes and avocado for 1 minute before laying.
