• ¾ cup sifted TIANA® Fairtrade Organics Gluten-Free Coconut Baking Flour
• ½ cup TIANA® Fairtrade Organics Extra Virgin Coconut Oil or TIANA® Fairtrade Organics Odourless Virgin Cooking Butter, melted
• 6 eggs
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
2. Combine TIANA® Coconut Flour with baking powder and whisk thoroughly into batter until there are no lumps.
3. Pour into greased 9x5x3 inch (or 23x13x8cm) or smaller loaf pan and bake at 175°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
4. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
