COCONUT BREAD

Ingredients
6 eggs
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder

Method
1. Blend together eggs, TIANA® Odourless Cooking Butter, TIANA® Honey and salt.
(Use TIANA® Coconut Oil instead of TIANA® Butter to add a delicate extra coconut taste).
2. Combine TIANA® Coconut Flour with baking powder and whisk thoroughly into batter until there are no lumps.
3. Pour into greased 9x5x3 inch (or 23x13x8cm) or smaller loaf pan and bake at 175°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
4. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
