Green Coconut Smoothie with MCT Recipe
Ingredients:
- 15ml TIANA 100% Pure MCT
- 200ml thick-style coconut milk, made with TIANA Fairtrade Organics Raw Coconut Goodness
- 1 teaspoon of TIANA Pure Raw Organics Wildflower Honey
- 100g crushed ice
- 200g leafy greens, such as kale, spinach
- ½ a cucumber
- 1 celery stick
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon of vanilla/unflavoured whey protein
Method:
Place all ingredients into a blender, process for about 30 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If too thick, add more milk if needed.
