1.In a saucepan at low heat, melt TIANA® Odourless Cooking Butter (or use TIANA® Coconut Oil instead for an extra delicate flavour of coconut), and stir in cocoa powder. Remove from heat and let cool.
2. In a bowl, combine eggs, TIANA®Coconut Nectar, salt and vanilla; stir in cocoa mixture. 3.Whisk TIANA®CoconutFlour into batter until there are no lumps. Let batter rest for 4 to 5 minutes to allow it to thicken slightly.
4.Drop batter by the spoonful on greased cookie sheet.
